1. I do my best to treat all clients with dignity and respect and will accept nothing less in return.
2. All clients are also given the utmost in confidentiality and discreteness. I do not divulge any names, dates, locations, contact information, etc. This policy will only be broken if absolutely neccessary for what I believe is my own safety or if required to do under legal order.
3. Any and all deposits made for any reason are nonrefundable with no exception whatsoever.

4. If a client has made a deposit and needs to cancel their appointment that money is forfietted. Upon my sole discretion I may allow alternate booking if I am able to fit it into my schedule but am under no obligation to do so.
5. Fees stated on my web site are non-negotiable. I do not barter on my prices whatsoever. If a client chooses to pay extra the amount will graciously be accepted as a gratuity but clients are under no obligation to do so.
6. I am a true professional. Thus the actual dictionary definition of the phrase 'appointment time' is used at all times. Client appointments begin at appointed time whether you are present or not. If you know you will be running late due to unforseen circumstances a courtesy call is expected and I MAY be able to make adjustment.
